August 17th, 2009I closed my account over two weeks ago, why are you sending me statements? Why can I still log into my Citylink account? Why haven’t you closed my account like you promised?
Why is your website so painfully slow? Surely you could invest some cash into speeding up the process of simple things like logging in! Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes just to log in, which is a great way to piss off your customers.
